Katigiorgi beach is one of the smallest and most crowded beaches of Pelion. Characteristic of the beach, besides its liliputian size, is its very fine, golden sand. However, Katigiorgi's strong point and reason for visiting him is neither the beach nor the blue crystal clear waters! Most visit Katigiorgi for taverns by the sea with fine tsipouro meze, fresh fish and village specialties, incredibly tasty spaghetti combined with various types of arthropods (lobster, crayfish)! It is a sin to go to Katigiorgi and not to sit in one of the taverns combining relaxation with pleasure, filling your lungs with the Aegean sea air.
